Benedicta Nelmon Amenor

Benedicta Nelmon Amenor is a scholar of YAFO Institute. As an academic and a member on the YAFO team, she contributes to the organization’s scholarly and research work. She is responsible for writing of articles and website posts as well as preparation of reports. Among her contribution to the organization, she assists in proposal writings as well as shaping publications made by the organization.
Also, she assisted in the planning and successful execution of initiatives and programs YAFO has carried out through her active participation and thoughtful suggestions to the organization.
Prior to her work with YAFO, Benedicta Nelmon collaborated with the National Association of Service Personnel (Oforikrom municipality) in 2021 performing public relational duties and later went ahead to contest for the position of women’s commissioner for National service persons in her municipality
She holds a BSc in Business Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and has an interest in issues pertaining to economic growth, youth advocacy and research.
