Criminal Justice

Criminal law is responsible for identifying, discouraging, and, where necessary, punishing activity that causes harm to others or poses another threat to the foundation of civil society. YAFO focuses on self-defeating policing, coercive plea bargaining, illegal overcriminalization, and challenges our approach to holding law enforcement accountable.
