Narkie Mawuli Larnyoh has a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and French. She is Bilingual having proficiency in both English and French. She is a YAFO Institute scholar and contributes to research and commentary on trendy issues in Ghana. She works with other executives to edit and write reports and articles for publication. She is a strong believer of voluntarism and is of the view that one can in any small way, positively influence society.

Before joining YAFO, she served as a volunteer and Human Resource Officer at CIYZOE Eco Group where the focus was on plastic waste recycling advocacy.

Her research interest include Policymaking and Administration, Gender disparity and International development. She is an educationist therefore all her works is geared at informing and educating.
