Prof. Enoch Opoku Antwi holds a Ph.D. in Business Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, and an M.S. in Business Organizational Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, Ohio, both in the United States.

He is Associate Professor of Economics—Emeritus at Hawaii Pacific University. He is Vice President for International Relations for Liberty International, on the Board of Scholars of the Grassroot Institute of Hawaii, and a member of the Mont Pelerin Society.

He is a Research Scientist with Ghana’s Council for Scientific and Industrial Research-Soil Research Institute in Kumasi. He earned his PhD in environmental soil science from Germany's Ruhr-Universität Bochum.

For more than 30 years Li Schoolland has promoted free market, libertarian ideas to youth around the world. For more than 10 years she organized the Austrian Economics Seminars for a dozen scholars in week-long summer programs for more than 120 international students annually at Northeastern University in Shenyang, China.

Nathaniel Dwamena is the President of the YAFO Institute. He is a researcher and free-market policy analyst. He is responsible for the institute’s overall affairs, supervision, and progress. He led the YAFO Institute to win the Atlas Network 2024 Africa Think Tank Shark Tank Award in Tanzania.
