Prof. Enoch Opoku Antwi holds a Ph.D. in Business Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, and an M.S. in Business Organizational Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, Ohio, both in the United States. Through webinars and other virtual presentations, Prof. Antwi passionately impacts his knowledge and expertise on leadership to audiences all over the world. He is especially committed to enhancing the caliber of leadership in Ghana and the rest of the African continent, acting as a mentor to leaders and advocating for the adoption of servant leadership. Prof. Antwi is currently the Associate Dean of Business Administration and Communication Arts at the Academic City University College. Prior to joining Academic City, he was an Assistant Professor of Leadership and Management at Viterbo University in La Crosse-Wisconsin, USA.

He is Associate Professor of Economics—Emeritus at Hawaii Pacific University. He is Vice President for International Relations for Liberty International, on the Board of Scholars of the Grassroot Institute of Hawaii, and a member of the Mont Pelerin Society. Schoolland authored The Adventures of Jonathan Gullible: A Free Market Odyssey, published in 90+ editions in 58 languages and adapted to theatrical and musical productions across Africa, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. The first season of the book is now featured on the Free to Choose Network as an animated film. He also authored Shogun’s Ghost: The Dark Side of Japanese Education. Schoolland was Director of the Graduate Program in Japanese Business Studies at Chaminade University of Honolulu, a professor of economics at Hakodate University in Japan and at Sheldon Jackson College in Sitka, Alaska. He served as an international economist in the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Office of the Special Representative for Trade Negotiations in Washington, D.C.

He is committed to training future leaders and promoting free markets, democracy, and human rights in Africa. A Chartered Marketer with over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and branding, he is an associate member of CIM (UK) and holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Corporate Governance.

He was born in 1956 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 1985-6 he studied Austrian economics at Auburn University shortly after the establishment of the Ludwig von Mises Institute in 1982 in Auburn, Alabama. Reading, contemplating, and some teaching over the next twenty years prepared the seedbed for a unique and marvellous germ which appeared in a dream in late 2004. This concept in the mind of an economist trained in classical liberalism became the basis for a new human action theory known as divine economy theory. By reading these books you will experience the seven-year journey that began with the image. This work has produced new models of human action that effectively illustrate macroeconomics, microeconomics, ethical economics, and economic justice. These coherent and integrated models highlight the subjective nature of humans and their social cooperation, representing an exciting advancement in economic technology.

For more than 30 years Li Schoolland has promoted free market, libertarian ideas to youth around the world. For more than 10 years she organized the Austrian Economics Seminars for a dozen scholars in week-long summer programs for more than 120 international students annually at Northeastern University in Shenyang, China. Before the COVID shutdown, she organized presentations for scholars across China and conferences through Liberty International: Bali, Bratislava, Morocco, Bucharest, and twice in Shanghai. Li gave talks in panels and presentations at the Mont Pelerin Society in India, Freedom Fest in Las Vegas, at Language of Liberty Institute camps in Eastern Europe and Nepal, for 4 years at the Free Market Academy in Mongolia, and at the Association of Private Enterprise Education (APEE) conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As Director of Far Eastern Relations for the ACTON Institute she arranged the Chinese translation of free market books and video materials of people such as Jesus Huerta de Soto, Ludwig von Mises, Johan Norberg, Ken Schoolland, etc. She also presented at more than a dozen conferences and webinars in: Afghanistan, Peru, Kenya, Italy, Japan, India, Colombia, Uganda, Georgia, Ukraine, etc.
